To carry out the inspection of the buildings in and around the labor cities and those affected by them, and the construction sites of the workers’ residential areas, in addition to preparing studies measuring the extent of the happiness of the residents in and around the labor cities and those affected by them, and participating in determining the future requirements for planning and allocating lands associated with the labor cities in order to ensure health, safety, interest and comfort people inside buildings
