JOB DESCRIPTION :
Provide technical solutions to customers: Investigate, analyse and suggest modifications to maintain satisfactory end product performance and improved customer process efficiency. In case of rebars – it will include providing guidance to retail and project customers on optimal grade/ size selection, independent analysis and advice on structural designs, providing On-line/ At-site Ask-Expert answers, Develop expertise to offer new construction solutions (e.g. Cut and Bend, Rebar Mesh, Wire mesh).Ability to network (academia, research institutions, builders, contractors); Polite; Persuasive; Articulate; Self motivated; Co-operative.
JOB DESCRIPTION : ( SAME DESCRIPTION ONLY USE TO PRINT OUT PERSON )
Provide technical solutions to customers: Investigate, analyse and suggest modifications to maintain satisfactory end product performance and improved customer process efficiency. In case of rebars – it will include providing guidance to retail and project customers on optimal grade/ size selection, independent analysis and advice on structural designs, providing On-line/ At-site Ask-Expert answers, Develop expertise to offer new construction solutions (e.g. Cut and Bend, Rebar Mesh, Wire mesh).
b) Complaint management and resolution: Formulate, implement and improve complaint management system, Carry out failure investigations (including preliminary on-site investigation) and explain findings to customers, provide technical decisions on customer claims and communications, Conduct audits (stockyard, distributor/ dealer yard) to verify the suitability of offerings, Mapping customer’s process and competitor’s product performance/ Service, Carry out trials at customer’s end.
c) Product promotion: Conduct influencer’s meets to enable stake holders/ customers to take informed decisions on the application of the offered product (e.g. Ask Expert Camp, Steel-o-pedia, Wired2win, RAISE, Mitr etc).
d) New initiatives: To formulate, propose and implement new ideas to enhance application service and solutions.
e) Technical insight: Gather and disseminate technical intelligence on products and application services including handling and storage by compiling feedback, site audit related construction practices.
f) Imparting training and awareness: To enable Channel Partners (Distributor’s staff, Dealers, Masons) to address technical aspects of the Product and Service and create all round differentiation.
Skills
Proficient in Structural/ Civil Engg. Aspects, Knowledge of Concrete, Construction practices: IHB, BBS making, Ability to communicate/ deliver technical aspects.
Ability to network (academia, research institutions, builders, contractors); Polite; Persuasive; Articulate; Self motivated; Co-operative.
