What you’ll do

Roles and Responsibilities

• Float RFQ for DDP, DAP, CFR Export shipments.
• Export Documents verification as per end user requirements
• Planning of Vessel Schedule, Space booking, container planning./transports /packing
• Cargo stuffing, movement of contrs and Customs clearance before gate close.
• Follow up for BL release, submission of original shipping documents for Bank Negotiation.
• FIEO / EEPC RCMC renewal coordination with sales.
• Arrange for IIP testing and inspection of CKD DG packing, follow up for certificate renewal.
• Arranging DG certification for export DG shipments
• Invoice, Packing List making and coordinating with Accounts Team and Bank for GR waiver.
• E-Way Bill preparation in Govt site.
• Receiving vendor Bills & processing payment for Freight Forwarders.
• Making RSB Invoice by co - ordinating with KD support Team
• Tracking the RSB pallet export quantity and Bond Value, reconciliation
• Update Truck cost as per the Goods details in SAP

Educational Qualification : Any Graduate

Experience : 2 to 9 years

Functional Knowledge: Import & Export, Customs handling, Duty Drawback, International Trade etc.
