JOB DESCRIPTION :

Job Role:

• Capacity Planning
• Space planning for new model introduction
• New Equipment/facility planning and installation
• Equipment renewal/refurbishment planning and execution
• Productivity improvement

Job Responsibility:

• Understanding project timelines & analyze critical path to achieve targets
• Specification finalization for equipments after understanding the project scope and implementing feedbacks of internal customers
• Procurement of equipments with latest technologies and selection of procurement partners
• Design approval and buyoff considering SQPC requirement
• Understanding of lean manufacturing, six sigma and implementation in work areas
• Ensuring safe environment and quality assurance during installation and commissioning of equipments
• Analysis of production requirement & propose & implement countermeasures related to space & capacity planning to match production targets

Competencies/Skills

Functional/Technical:

• Sound knowledge of Press shop Equipments (Press, EOT Crane, Conveyor)& Press shop operation mandatory
• Hands on Experience in Erection & Commissioning of equipments
• AutoCAD, Basic knowledge of PLC/Drives mandatory
• Proficiency in MS Excel Advanced & MS Power Point
