you may be a good fit for the role if,

• You are confident of your experience to lead intra-city and inter-city fiber rollout with accountability and ownership.
• You understand the nuances of underground fiber laying with open trenching and HDD, and its integration with OPGW fiber segment from multiple providers, site acquisition for ILA, MMR space in Data Centers and deployment of optical equipment
• You can communicate confidently with logical reasoning with internal and external stakeholders
• You can track progress, prepare reports, foresee challenges and address them proactively based on your experience
• You are well versed in pursuing the needful to accelerate and expedite progress when needed to compensate for unexpected delay
• You are effective in problem solving amidst uncertainties and ambiguities
• You are well versed to drive financial transactions and negotiate acceptance testing with external stakeholders and cross-functional teams internally.
• You are well versed with principles and practices of quality assurance, risk management and have well recognized industry certifications
• You are proficient with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Project

You will hold the following responsibilities:

• Responsible for program management and project deliverables for fiber rollout and optical network build, for data center interconnect & NOC handover
• Effectively manage coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Lead weekly calls to discuss progress, challenges and ways to overcome it.
• Deliver budgeted plan of fiber rollout across cities within agreed timeline and drive effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• You understand ROW permission and process across regions for various authorities and have coordinated with contractors to get RoW on time
• Drive lease and/or build of passive infrastructure for intra-city and inter-city fiber rollout and onboard third-party providers.
• Drive optical equipment importation, installation, acceptance testing and NOC handover for end-to-end operational readiness.
• Ensure proper AT of the complete network elements and operational readiness before HOTO to NOC
• Effectively manage parallel track multi-tasking to speed up progress while managing budget and timeline overruns.
• Develop workflow and process where necessary with relevant stakeholders
