JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Estimation Engineers are expected to report to BuildNext central office, details about product availability required and specific corrections required in hyperlocal products etc., either through the Store Manager of directly.
• Prepare Bill of Quantities for construction projects.
• Advice client on product selection and specifications.

Candidate Profile:

• B. Tech in Civil with 5-6 yrs experience.
• Must have experience handling and dealing with clients directly
• Must have understanding of estimation & pricing of building materials.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel.
• The candidate needs to be enthusiastic to work in a start-up environment & should be ready to wear multiple hats shouldering key responsibilities. Must thrive in ambiguous situations without losing vision.
• Must have the ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations
• Strong computer skills utilizing the Internet, email and Microsoft Office Suite.
