JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Formulate product prototypes and evaluate their properties, performance and stability.
• Develop new formulations as per requirement.
• Improve current formulations of products as & when needed.
• Research product formulations and properties of raw materials.
• Establish product specifications and procedures as required for R&D.
• Obtain process technology and equipment information for production.
• Obtain data and information required for regulatory submissions and patent applications.
• Support on technical service for operations and consumer relations.
• Conduct research and field evaluations for new products.
• Develop new products and improve functioning of an existing products.
• Provide technical support within laboratory and other departments as required.
• Coordinate research and development activities within QC team.
• Develop reports and documents detailing product information, results and conclusions as guided by HOD.

• Should able to work well with others
