JOB DESCRIPTION :

B-Arm Medical Technologies Pvt Ltd is looking for a Biomedical Engineer cum Trainer, who will effectively deliver and facilitate classroom training as well as hands-on training on medical equipment.

Responsibilities and Duties:

      

• Develop long-term strategies, policies, and procedures to underpin and facilitate the implementation of thetraining program
• Develop new training modules based on requirements
• Coordinating training schedules
• Visiting customer places and conducting technical lecture sessions
• Providing training to the students and other personnel on how to use the equipment
• Conducting practical demonstrations and hands-on practice sessions
• Educational research and development of training modules
• Involve in all technical educational activities
• Support in improving team efficiency and accuracy
• Perform needs-based analysis and review of current training programs.
• Responsible for the day-to-day functional supervision of learners within the training classroom environment
• Create advanced course materials including presentations, videos, simulations, and manuals/guides.
•  Maintaining training records and keeping track of Internal as well as external training.
• Comply with the process and mechanism to ensure business professionalism & integrity.
• Effectively executing the plan agreed upon with Management and giving regular feedback.
• Must be willing to undertake special tasks and projects as directed such as but not limited to thedevelopment and implementation of training events.

• Have the ability to work well in a team.
• Have a strong customer focus.
• Good Communication Skills.

 Education: 

 

Bachelor's degree (Biomedical engineering discipline and/or training)

Experience: 

0 - 2 Years 

Compensation:

 Salary and Perks may be commensurate with qualification and experience as per industry.
