JOB DESCRIPTION :

BE JOBS ( MECH, CIVIL ,EEE, CS&IT, BIO, CHEMICAL ) : CLICK

In this role you will be accountable for:

• Ensuring that the sales team are adequately supported and that tenders are launched in a timely and professional manner;
• Overall responsibility to ensure that initiated projects meet company requirements in terms of spare parts selection, pricing, terms and conditions and lead time;
• Overall responsibility to ensure that customer requirements are satisfied whilst meeting local & EMEA targets;
• Overall responsibility to ensure that tenders meet company commercial guidelines and have the necessary sign off in accordance with the delegation of authority guidelines;
• Overall responsibility for maintaining the profit margin on tenders;
• Day to day review of enquiries in conjunction with the Tendering Manager;
• Overall responsibility to ensure that Order Entry documentation is completed in accordance with handover guidelines and procedures and company KPIs;
• Ensure that handover meetings with projects are effective and result in a smooth transition from pre to post order status;
• Ensure of application of Sulzer tools and policies, procedures, codes of conduct and best practice guidelines;
• Support EMEA Sales Team as directed by Management;
• Attend clarification meetings with clients as required;
• Participate in and actively support company initiatives.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Relevant experience within Pump Industry (1-3 yrs.);
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Graduate Engineering; 
• Aftermarket experience;
• Experience of dealing with spare parts tenders;
• Experience of contract negotiation in a commercial environment;
• General computer skills;
• SAP knowledge;
• Communication & negotiations skills;
• Customer service skills;
• Organization skills;
• Ability to act independently, flexibility and ability to adapt to change;
• Attention to detail.
