Responsibilities

We envisage success in this role to include:

• Supporting the procurement of IT goods and services.
• Administering procurement activities, contracts and commercial relationships.
• Ensuring purchases properly approved in line with policy.
• Supporting and keeping up to date IT Assets database and licenses.
• Translating businesses requirements, supports and executes the business sourcing strategy.
• Maintaining customer focus in the delivery of products and services of the team.
• Supporting vendor relationships, including leading negotiations.
• Performing tasks in compliance with security programs and change management processes.
• Working with the other IT Delivery Groups and their supervisor to establish new and enhance existing work procedures to support sourcing arrangements.
• On needs basis, supporting cross functional project teams in the delivery of specific sourcing.
• Creating reports on supplier performance to the business.
• Ensuring that Health, Safety, Sustainability and Continual Improvement is embedded into all work practices.
• Performing various clerical and administrative support tasks as required.

Qualifications

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include experience from graduate level to 1 year partnered with a Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or a relevant field.
