Area / Territory of Operation- Mumbai, MMRDA , Thane, Goa

Responsibilities-

• Installation, Commissioning of Equipment
• Training Of OT Staff and Orientation of Surgeons/Actual Users.
•  Attending Service Calls and Trouble shooting at more than 150 installations in our territory.
• Application Support for Intra Operative Neuro Monitoring cases with ENT , SPINE, NEURO surgeons all over our territory of operation.[ NIM 3 , NIM eclipse Stealth Navigation models] through live surgery.
• Application Support for Navigation and O-Arm cases.
• Documentation and maintaining records of the live surgical cases for future reference.
• Decision making w.r.t allocation and movement of equipment for Loaner and Demo Equipment.
• Providing Demo for various equipment [Debrider /Drills /Coblators /Cautery /NIM 3/NIM Eclipse] for closure of sales leads.
• Your job will involve Training, Integrating and Motivating the growing team, while leading Service and Application functions.
• Job Orientation and Training- Professional and Multi-level training will be imparted to you during the first 6months of Probation.
• AOP/Targets- Application and Service team works to achieve targets given at the beginning of each financial years [CMC/AMC/Repairs/Rentals...]
• Working hours - 10:00 am to 7 :00 pm , Monday to Saturday.
• Leave to be granted on prior intimation only .
• Increment , Diwali Bonus awarded at discretion of management .
• Notice period to be served before quitting company - 30 days.
