JOB DESCRIPTION :

Roles & Responsibilities

• Candidate must possesses Steel Structures and/or related experience.
• Responsible for steel structures and civil scopes for building construction works
• Study tender / construction drawings, specifications, contracts scope of works to understand project requirements
• Plan, schedule work sequences, prepare Microsoft Project for all task and micro-schedule form throughout the project
• Perform site inspection and ensure that the work is carried out based on the project specification and construction drawing, consultant and authority requirement
• Liaise and coordinate with consultants, client, main contractor, other contractor and authority
• Manage site supervisor and workers to perform according to planning
• Resolve all engineering, technical and project queries from time to time
• Ensure project is executed according to micro-schedule and timeline
• Prepare progress report, handover report, meeting minutes, TOP/CSC documentation, and other requirement request by client and authority
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned related to project

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Civil / Structural / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Autocad, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project.
