What internship roles are available?
IT System Analyst
- Involved in projects such as System Replacement, System Enhancements, Business dashboard reporting, System Integration
- Assist in requirements gathering, design analysis, end-user trainings and documentation
- Assist in planning and coordination of discussions, tracking of follow-up actions and issues
- Support quality assurance related activities such as execution and tracking of test plans & test scripts to ensure functionality, reliability and performance of the systems.
- Create integrated dashboard and analyse crew or/and vessel data to drive down defects and identify opportunities to improve performance
- Create and maintain documentations, e.g. feasibility study, process flow, design
- Participate in additional activities such as documentation of incidents report and handling inquiries raised by users
IT Security
Intern will be assisting the IT Security team in the implementation of ServiceNow’s Security Incident Response (SIR) module. His/her responsibilities would include the following,
- Understanding and documenting existing Security Operations (SecOps) workflows
- Translate SecOps workflows into runbooks for ServiceNow SIR module
- Assist in the development of automations for SecOps in ServiceNow SIR
- Assist IT Security team in its daily operational tasks
IT Treasury
- Assist Treasury team to enhance Treasury Management System by creating custom reports and dashboards using system data.
- Explore the further utilisation of advanced features (e.g. scenario analysis) within the system.
RPA Analyst
- Implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Project.
- Assesses technical feasibility on opportunities
- Design reliable RPA workflow that contributes to reduce cycle times and increased accuracy.
- Gather, Analyse business requirements, design and implement RPA solutions and develop process workflows.
- Perform end-to-end testing, troubleshooting and end-user support.
- Create and maintain documentations that includes process design, technical solution and design documents to accurately represent design and code.
HR Services
- Be exposed to the end-to-end HR Services responsibilities, from onboarding to offboarding.
- Be exposed to the end-to-end payroll processing for Singapore, including understanding of regulations.
- Be exposed to and learn about the HR system, Success Factor.
- Responsible to review and maintain the SOPs for HR Services, Payroll and HRIS.
HR Rewards
- Assist in communications and running of Wellness FY2023 calendar
- Assist in communications of Benefit changes in 2 – 3 locations (design ppt material/ handbook)
Marcom
- Enhance shopping experience through mall-wide campaigns and events to drive traffic and spend in the mall
- Support team in amplifying communication and drive utilization of the Group-wide loyalty programme
- Support team to source new partnerships and explore innovative marketing initiatives
- Support overall efforts in content development and upkeep of social and digital channels, as well as community management of mall touchpoints
- Build and foster good relationships with tenants and garner participation in the mall’s marcom activities
- Liaison with advertising agencies, tenants, contractors and event companies to ensure successful launches of all campaigns
- Support team to identify and reach out to potential opportunities and maximise the mall’s casual leasing revenue through leasing of atrium, road show spaces, media spaces and push carts
- End to end administration of the whole marketing communication process
Sales & Marketing
- Support the marketing team in administrative tasks
- Assist in marketing and promotional activities
- Support in project activation, as well as campaigns and events
- Assist to review and evaluate the effectiveness of social media campaigns for different platforms
- Implement and apply web analytics and metrics to improve web performance
Guest Services
- Provide a smooth and timely check in/out for all residents
- Ensure accuracy and collection of outstanding bills from all residents
- Ensure that residents’ request/s are being followed up promptly and efficiently throughout their stay
- Provide all residents with accurate and in-depth information upon their request; good knowledge of products, services, pricing and special events
- Maintain strict security procedures when issuing of room keys and resident confidentiality
- Maintain good communication between residents and all departments both verbally and in writing as required
- Complete any other duties assigned by the Duty Manager/Guest Services Manager
- Willing to work on shift rotation and weekends / public holidays
