JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Manage, design, develop, create and maintain various scale construction projects in a safe, timely manner.
• Liaise with Clients, Consultants, and Authorities on the project status from time to time.
• Carry out technical and feasibility studies for technical specifications.
• Assess potential risks, materials and costs and provide advice to resolve any emerging problems/deficiencies
• Project implementation involving all authorities applications/ submissions, work procedures.
• Monitor progress and compile reports on project status.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned.

Requirements

• Possess a recognized Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Fresh graduate in engineering are welcomed to apply.
• Prior working experience in civil engineering will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals etc.
• With Class 3 Driving License and own vehicle preferred.

• Mondays to Fridays with alternate Saturdays
