CHEMICAL:

Job Role :

• Polymer Laboratory management & Polymer Material Testing 

Job Responsibilities :-

• Polymer Material Testing (Material Characterisation / Mechanical Properties / Thermal Properties / Environmental properties etc.).
• Analytical Equipment (GCMS, ICP, GPC, Ion-chromatography, DMA, TMA, Morphology, Rheology)
• Managing Polymer related Lab Equipments (AMC, Calibration etc.).
• Activities related to NABL certification (ISO / IEC-17025).
• Activities related to ISO 9001.
• Lab Facility Up gradation & Kaizen Activities

Competencies / Skills :-

• Hands-on working experience on analytical equipments like TGA, DSC, TMA, FTIR, UTM, Climatic Chambers & result interpretation- for Plastics & Rubber materials.
• Hands-on working experience on mechanical and chemical testing of Rubbers and Plastics.
• Well versed with various Standards and international (ASTM, ISO, JIS, DIN, IS) related to Polymers.
• Should be well versed with Polymer materials used for Automobiles and should be able to give opinion in case of Quality Problems.
• Clear & Good communication skills.
• Ability to work in lean, multi-tasking environment.
• Should be able to independently handle Projects.

Specific Expertise for Functional Area :-

• Should be well versed with various Rubber and Plastic grades handling and usage.
• Hands-on experience on analytical equipments like TGA, DSC, TMA, FTIR with graph reading & result interpretation- for Plastics & Rubber materials:

 - Basic: Material compositional Analysis

 - Advance: GCMS, GPC, ICP hands-on experience is an asset.

• Hands-on working experience on mechanical and chemical testing of Rubbers and Plastics.
• Having experience in Automobile Industry (4/2 wheeler / LCV ) & Plastic raw material maker, Polymer Industries, Research Institute/Lab.
• Openness & positive attitude to work in team.

Educational Qualification :-

• Diploma in Plastic / Polymer/ Rubber / Chemical Engg - Full Time

IT:

JOB PURPOSE

• Understand customer needs and building software product roadmap, features to be embedded and overall platform strategy
• Ensuring that overall product portfolio risks and dependencies are appropriately managed and communicated
• Ensuring the achievement of product Metrics, KPIs and driving OKRs

 PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Understanding needs of market through Customer Research & Benchmarking
• Build vision for product roadmap & strategy, Feature stack
• Work closely with engineering & design team to deliver in Agile manner
• Manage Product Capital spend planning & allocation
• Converting to Tech. Requirements, Manage Implementation
• Concept Testing & Analytical tools
• Measuring Customer Feedback and Planning Improvements

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Qualifications: B. Tech (IT/Computer) and Business Administration in IT Systems
• Work Experience: 5-8 years of experience

Electrical/Electronics:

Role :-

• Powertrain Electrical Components (PEC) Design Engineer

Responsibilities :-

• Define Powertrain Electrical/Electronic components specification for Starting, Generating & Ignition system
• Defining and evaluation of Engine Management System Interfaces, functions, and Controls
• Electrical components Hardware Evaluation/testing at Part & Vehicle level
• Conducting components development with Suppliers like Technical reviews & Project Schedule monitoring
• Process confirmation of Electrical and Electronics components
• Work with System team to identify the electrical interfaces & calibration

Competency Requirements :-

• Knowledge of Electrical & Electronics in Vehicle and various Components
• Knowledge of Powertrain systems (Architecture, modeling and simulations and design considerations)
• Experience in testing at Component bench and vehicle level
• Experience of BOM creation, Project scheduling
• Electronic Controller testing, electrical/electronic troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of ISO 26262
• Exposure to Hybrid / Electric Powertrain Control Design, development, Verification and Validation. Familiarity with on board diagnostics.
• Exposure to Regulations, and Standards of HEV/EV such as AIS 041, AIS038, AIS102, AIS 048

Educational Qualification :-

• B.E / B. Tech in Electrical & Electronics/ Electronics & Communication
• Minimum 60 % marks

Mechanical:

Role:

Design, Development, Testing and Evaluation of Automotive HVAC system and related Interior Parts 

Responsibility:

1.Layout, Design and Development of HVAC system & related Interior Parts

2. Spec understanding, Testing and Evaluation of HVAC system parts

3. Cost & Weight understanding through VA-VE and Benchmarking

4. Interaction with Vendor / Related Agencies for design and

   Development Activities

5. Analysis of Quality Issues from Production and Market 

Competency Requirement:

Technical/Functional:

• Experience in Heat load calculations of HVAC system
• Hands on experience of Design /Develop/Test HVAC system and related Interior parts
• Able to Analyze/ Initiate countermeasure for Quality issues
• Able to work on DMU /3D Modeling/2D Drawing
• Able to perform the vehicle level evaluation
• Experience in HVAC systems Design & development with Automotive OEMs
• Should have experience of working on Unigraphics etc.
• Understanding of Applicable Regulation &Testing requirements

Educational Requirements:

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engg
