JOB DESCRIPTION :

Educational Qualification :

Software :

• Knowledge on AutoCAD, Quantity Takeoff, MS Project / Primavera is good to have.

Experience :

• 0-5 yrs of experience in any area of Civil Engineering

Pre-requisites :

• Good English communication and logical skills. Knowledge / Experience on CPM (Construction Project Management), Quality Management is good to have.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Reading Contract Drawings & Spec Book; getting a brief idea about the scope of work and preparing the Work Plans identified from the scope.
• The work Plan Includes : Quality Work Plan, Safe Work Plan, Waste Management Plan, Emergency Evacuation Plan, Accident Prevention Plan, etc.
• RCC Rebars Take-off for Concrete Shop Drawings.
• Preparing Submittals for approval, of materials to be used on the construction site e.g. Concrete Mix Design, Rebars, Sealants, Paints, etc.
• Dealing with contractors for any discrepancy related to modification and conflicts in working Shop Drawings.

Requirements

• Educational Qualification : Diploma in Civil engineering and knowledge in concrete structures Software : Knowledge on AutoCAD 2D(Advance level experience mandatory), Bentley Micro station (good to have), MS Office Suite Experience : At least 5 yrs of drafting experience in Civil Structures (including shop and concrete drawings).
• 1 yr of civil engineering outsourcing Experience with US based clients preferred. People with decent English communication skills will be preferred.
