• Configuration
• Accounts
• Security guidance
• Data management
• Nexthink based content investigations
• Development of Customer focused solutions & use cases related to Nexthink platform including:
• Dashboards
• Remote actions
• Campaigns
• Level 1 Digital Experience Score Analysis
• Provide product advocacy and customer enablement; Support Dubai Customs identifying, analyzing and implementing agreed use cases
• Serve as a primary technical lead with access to Nexthink technical experts that can facilitate collaboration on broader technical items
• Continuously monitors the hard metrics (and user sentiment) based score to proactively identify areas of improvement and issues impacting IT service health. Collaborates with Workplace & Business Service OwnersOwners0
